Founded in 2008 by Markus Fahrenberger, aka Madmax Fiddler, and Radina Veliova, aka Radina Tara Vel, Fatmagic blended electronic beats with electrified classical instruments such as electric violin and electric cello, creating their signature sound. Over their decade-long career, Fatmagic released groundbreaking albums, won awards and created mind-bending music videos, leaving behind a lasting legacy in progressive EDM music.

Formed in 2008 amidst the vibrant musical scene of Vienna, Austria, Fatmagic emerged as a dynamic duo comprising Markus Fahrenberger, alias Madmax Fiddler, and Radina Veliova, known as Radina Tara Vel. Their journey began with an eclectic fusion of electronic beats and classical instruments, a signature sound that would define their path to success.

Relocating to San Francisco in 2009, Fatmagic wasted no time in captivating audiences across the Bay Area with their electrifying performances and their debut single, "Higher." This early success set the stage for their groundbreaking debut album, 'Connecting Continents,' released in 2010. Seamlessly blending genres and pushing musical boundaries, Fatmagic garnered attention both locally and internationally.

The year 2011 marked a pivotal moment for Fatmagic as they earned the prestigious Hollywood Music in Media Award for their debut album. Embarking on a whirlwind tour that spanned across major cities in Europe and the United States, the duo solidified their reputation as a force to be reckoned with in the global music scene.

With their sights set on innovation, Fatmagic embarked on a collaboration with NS Design in 2011, customizing modern violin and cello instruments to complement Madmax's distinctive white mask. This partnership fueled their evolution, culminating in the release of their sophomore album, 'Connecting Worlds.' Produced by industry heavyweights Warren Huart and Evren Goknar, this album showcased a new dimension of Fatmagic's artistry.

As accolades continued to pour in, including another Hollywood Music in Media Award for their captivating song "Blood Diamonds" in 2013, Fatmagic cemented their status as pioneers of their craft. With the release of mesmerizing music videos like "Darkness" and notable collaborations with renowned actors like Reinhard Nowak in "Teddy," the band's visual storytelling became as compelling as their music.

In 2015, Fatmagic found a new creative hub in the bustling metropolis of Los Angeles, where they continued to push boundaries and explore new sonic landscapes. In 2018, Fatmagic celebrated a decade of musical innovation with the release of a special 10th-anniversary album. Featuring remixes of their biggest hits, this album served as a testament to Fatmagic's enduring influence and continued relevance in the ever-changing landscape of electronic music.
